Yep, they are skating on plastic. Every year the city installs this little rink in the downtown area. My girls and I love taking advantage of the free skating. They actually stayed on their feet more than the last time they went. Sorry. I don't skate. I help put the skates on and off then I get to watch go with huge smiles on their faces.
